This class is designed to bring the classic flavours and techniques to three popular dishes commonly found in Vietnam and enjoyed with avengeance here in Melbourne. Think authentic rice paper rolls, classic dumplings with traditional sauces and betel leaves. These dishes are so delicious and popular for entertaining too.
You’ll be able to watch as Jerry demonstrates the techniques, she will then give hands on encouragement as you attempt to create the dishes yourself.
