What fun. What an experience! Last night we welcomed family and friends to test drive an interactive pasta class with pasta master Danny Tonin from Pasta Classica. We were shown all the tricks of the trade to make perfect fettucini and tortolloni. We also learned how to make delicious sauces for our fresh pasta. The primavera was fantastic, but the roasted pumpkin, goats cheese and hazelnut was a definite favourite.
